Chris joined Elder & Froy in January 2009 and heads the company's most recent office in Crewkerne. With six years of Estate Agency experience, four of which have been in Crewkerne, Chris has an excellent understanding of the local market. Born and living locally, he is well known within the town and surrounding villages. Chris is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA).

Alison joined Elder & Froy’s Crewkerne team in September 2009. Alison has a legal background and has specialised in the conveyancing process. She has lived and worked in Somerset all of her life.

Hayley joined Elder & Froy's Crewkerne team in June 2010. Hayley lives in Merriott and has lived and worked in and around Crewkerne all her life. Hayley specialises in customer service and has an estate agency and conveyancing background.

Stephen is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (Membership No. 080637) under the auspices of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He graduated with a degree at Oxford Polytechnic in 1986 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (General Practice Division) in 1988. Stephen's work experience up to the formation of Elder & Froy included working for Jones Lang Wootton - London City office, Chesterton Lalonde - London City office, Knight Frank & Rutley - Botswana.

Since founding Elder & Froy in 1999 Stephen has been involved with all aspects of the development and growth of the business, from sales and lettings to management. Stephen has used his experience in commercial property to provide advice in this sector of the market in West Dorset and beyond.

Fiona is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (Membership No. 083978), being an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). She took a Diploma in Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (Rural Practice Division) in 1990. She worked on a country estate, before working as an Estates Bursar at an independent school for seven years with responsibility for major building projects.

Sharon joined Elder & Froy’s Dorchester office in August 2010, having previously worked in our Poundbury office. She has a good knowledge of the local area and is a friendly face already known to many local residents.

Liam joined Elder & Froy’s Dorchester office in September 2010. Schooled locally, he worked in television production in London before returning home and setting up his own decorating business where his interest in property began. He loves to run and mountain bike along the endless miles of local bridleways. Liam lives in Bridport with his wife and son.

Jo joined Elder & Froy in August 2004. Poundbury has now grown and firmly established itself, as has Jo who now manages the office. She previously ran her own successful small business in London for 12 years, before moving to Shipton Gorge in 1992, where she lives with her long suffering husband who never quite knows when she will be home from work!

Rachel joined Elder & Froy in November 2009. She has an extensive background in customer service and management, including 17 years flying with British Airways. Rachel lives in Poundbury with her husband and is very interested in fitness. She enjoys competing in triathlons and road races, so you may well see her out and about training in all weathers around the Dorchester area!

Hilary joined Elder & Froy in March 2008 and is mostly based in the Poundbury office, but you will see her also providing support in the Dorchester office. Hilary moved to Poundbury from Devon in 2007 and her background is mainly in hotel management. Hilary's customer service skills and her first hand knowledge of life on Poundbury are a real asset to the Poundbury Team.

Kelly joined Elder & Froy in January 2003 and has worked her way up to the position of Associate Director. Kelly worked for a national chain of estate agents before joining Elder & Froy. Kelly, who grew up in the village of Corscombe, now lives in Beaminster with her husband Robbie and has an excellent local knowledge of the surrounding areas.

Dave joined Elder & Froy in February 2009. Born and schooled locally, Dave comes from a retail management background and he looks forward to incorporating his customer service skills into the Estate Agency business. Dave very much enjoys playing for the Bridport Reserves Football Team and lives with his girlfriend in Bridport.

Sarah joined Elder & Froy in July 2007 having spent the previous year working for a national firm of solicitors specialising in the conveyancing process. Prior to that she worked in Beaminster and was brought up in Mosterton having gone to Beaminster School. Following the birth of her daughter in 2009, Sarah is delighted to have rejoined the team on a part-time basis in February 2010.

Debra joined Elder & Froy in June 2009 and provides the much needed support for the team on a Saturday. During the week Debra works as a Teaching Assistant at Symondsbury School. She has lived in Beaminster with her husband and two children since 2006. She says Estate Agency is a fantastic way to learn more about the Town and surrounding villages and enjoys working with a dedicated team.
