Chris White
- Associate Director
Chris joined Elder & Froy as the
manager of the Crewkerne office in January 2009. Since then
he has been made an Associate Director and has been an
integral part of launching the company’s most recent office
in Ilminster, which he also manages. With eight years of
Estate Agency experience, seven of which have been in
Crewkerne, Chris has an excellent understanding of the local
market and is very well known within the town and
surrounding villages. Born locally and living in Ilminster
with his fiancé and young son, Chris has a passion for
playing rugby. Chris has been awarded the NFOPP Level 3
Technical Award in The Sale of Residential Property and the
NFOPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and
Property Management. |

Hilary Mackey
- Sales Negotiator
Hilary joined Elder & Froy’s Ilminster
office in October 2010 as a full-time member of the team.
Hilary completed a degree and a variety of retail management
roles before becoming an Estate Agent and brings with her
both customer service skills and a good knowledge of the
surrounding area, as she has lived in Somerset all of her
life. Hilary enjoys taking an active role within the local
community, is a member of the Town band and enjoys dancing.
Hilary has been awarded the NFOPP Level 3 Technical Award in
the Sale of Residential Property. |

Sally Edwards
- Sales Negotiator
Sally joined Elder & Froy in September
2010, having worked in Estate Agency for many years. Sally
has lived in Ilminster for over 30 years, so she has built
up strong community links within the town. She loves to
sing, is a member of the local choir and supports the local
theatre as often as she can. |

Emma Starling
- Sales Negotiator
Emma grew up in the town of Beaminster
where she also went to sixth form. Previously she has worked
as a swimming teacher in Crewkerne where she now lives with
her partner. Emma enjoys show jumping and riding her horse
through the beautiful Somerset countryside. |

Alison King - Sales
Negotiator Alison joined
Elder & Froy's Crewkerne team as a full-time member of staff
in September 2009. She worked for many years as a legal
secretary and a conveyencer and was born and educated in
Yeovil, having lived there for most of her life. Now that
Alison’s two children have grown up, she now has more time
to dedicate to her career and finds that her legal knowledge
is a valuable asset to her current role. She is known as a
cheerful, efficient and extremely organised member of the
team. Alison has been awarded the NFOPP Level 3 Technical
Award in Residential Letting and Property Management. |

Hayley Davenport - Sales
Negotiator Hayley joined
Elder & Froy’s Crewkerne office in July 2010 on a part-time
basis. She has an Estate Agency and conveyencing background
and excellent customer service skills. Hayley has lived and
worked in Somerset all of her life and lives in Crewkerne
with her boyfriend and their young children. Hayley has been
awarded the NFOPP Level 3 Technical Award in the Sale of
Residential Property. |

Katie Adams - Support
Staff Katie joined Elder and
Froy in June 2012 and is currently studying at Wadham sixth
form. Katie lives in Crewkerne and is well known within the
town. Her hobbies are dance, childcare, photography and
walking in the countryside.

Fiona Elder
- Director
Fiona is a qualified Chartered
Surveyor (Membership No. 083978), being an Associate Member
of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). She
took a Diploma in Rural Estate Management at the Royal
Agricultural College, Cirencester and qualified as a
Chartered Surveyor (Rural Practice Division) in 1990. She
worked on a country estate, before working as an Estates
Bursar at an independent school for seven years with
responsibility for major building projects. |

Victoria Barnett
- Sales Negotiator
Victoria joined the Dorchester team in
May 2012. She has a nursing background, in both the military
and NHS. Victoria has two young children and lives in
Charminster, near to her family. Her legal training will be
put to good use within an estate agency. Victoria enjoys
many types of sports and thrives on being part of a team. |

Laura Bredenkamp
- Sales Negotiator
Laura joins Elder & Froy in April 2013
and will be based at our Poundbury office. Laura moved to
Dorchester, 10 years ago from North London, where she worked
as an estate agent for a number of years based in Highgate &
Muswell Hill. In more recent times she has trained as a drug
& alcohol councillor and has volunteered her time to helping
some of the more vulnerable members of our community, as
well as raising her own family and supporting her partner
with his building business. She absolutely loves the local
community of Dorchester & Poundbury and also the stunningly
beautiful countryside we are so lucky to be surrounded by.
She is very much looking forward to finding her feet in the
Estate Agency industry again. |

Stephen Froy
- Director
Stephen is a qualified Chartered
Surveyor (Membership No. 080637) under the auspices of the
Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He
graduated with a degree at Oxford Polytechnic in 1986 and
qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (General Practice
Division) in 1988. Stephen's work experience up to the
formation of Elder & Froy included working for Jones Lang
Wootton - London City office, Chesterton Lalonde - London
City office, Knight Frank & Rutley - Botswana.
Since founding Elder & Froy in 1999
Stephen has been involved with all aspects of the
development and growth of the business, from sales and
lettings to management. Stephen has used his experience in
commercial property to provide advice in this sector of the
market in West Dorset and beyond. |

Debra Norris
- Sales Negotiator
Debra joined Elder & Froy in 2009 as
support staff for the Beaminster office. A career change
from full-time teaching sees Debra joining as a full-time
member of staff in the Dorchester office from March 2012.
Debra lives in Beaminster with her husband and two children.
Her knowledge of both Dorchester and Beaminster and their
surrounding villages will prove a useful link between the
neighbouring offices. |

Julie Horn
- Sales Negotiator
Julie has joined the Elder and Froy
team in Beaminster as a full-time Sales Negotiator. Julie
was born in Dorset, she has been married for thirty years
with two children. She and her husband have returned to
Drimpton after renovating a farmhouse in rural France for
the past two years. Julie is a self-sufficient gardener,
loving home grown vegetables also keeping a horse and
chickens. Whatever your needs, Julie has a 'can do'
attitude; she is positive and enthusiastic with a warm and
friendly manner, and is always happy to help. |

Sarah Woodley
- Sales Negotiator & Sales Progressor
Sarah joined Elder & Froy in September
2007 as a full-time member of staff. She has a background
conveyencing, which have served her well as an Estate Agent,
as part of her responsibilities are for sales progressing.
Sarah left to have her daughter Myah in March 2009 and
re-joined the team on a part-time basis in both the
Beaminster and Crewkerne offices in February 2010. Sarah was
born locally and grew up in the village of Mosterton. She
now lives in Beaminster with her husband and daughter. Sarah
has been awarded the NFOPP Level 3 Technical Award in the
Sale of Residential Property. |

Connie Froy
- Support Staff
Connie is the daughter of Stephen Froy
and has been familiar with our offices during her childhood.
Connie, now an extremely confident and efficient young lady,
is at sixth form in Sherborne and is enjoying helping out the
Beaminster team as extra support on Saturdays. |

Rod Dyson
- Support Staff
Rod joined the Beaminster team in
April 2012 to provide additional support on Saturday
mornings. He and his wife moved to south Somerset in August
2011 from Leicester, following his retirement from teaching.
Rod is relishing the new challenge of Estate Agency and
meeting new people in the local community. His interests
include art, photography and golf, and importantly enjoying
life in the south west. |
