Our Beaminster office is situated at 20 The Square, Beaminster, Dorset, DT8 3AU - 01308 862606. It has a perfectly placed shop window to view and display properties with parking right outside. We are open 9.15am - 5.15pm, Monday to Friday and 10am - 1pm on Saturdays. Although viewings may be arranged outside of these hours.

 Fiona Elder - Director |
Fiona is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (Membership No. 083978), being an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). She took a Diploma in Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (Rural Practice Division) in 1990. She worked on a country estate, before working as an Estates Bursar at an independent school for seven years with responsibility for major building projects. Fiona founded the business in 1999 and has lead the agency side of the business. Fiona opened the office in Poundbury in 2004 and created an enviable reputation in Poundbury for quality advice in the field of residential property of all types.

Stephen
is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (Membership No. 080637) under
the auspices of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
He graduated with a degree at Oxford Polytechnic in 1986 and qualified
as a Chartered Surveyor (General Practice Division) in 1988. Stephen's
work experience up to the formation of Elder & Froy included working
for Jones Lang Wootton - London City office, Chesterton Lalonde
- London City office, Knight Frank & Rutley - Botswana.
Since founding Elder & Froy in 1999 Stephen has been involved with all aspects of the development and growth of the business, from sales and lettings to management. Stephen has used his experience in commercial property to provide advice in this sector of the market in West Dorset and beyond. |

Jo Warren joined Elder & Froy in August 2004 and is based in the Poundbury office. Jo lives in Shipton Gorge and has been based in Dorset for some 10 years previously having worked in London in administration. |
